Dr. Lisa Barron, a native of Michigan, grew up in Monroe. She has been in practice for over 20 years, both in Ohio and more recently in the Warren and Novi areas. She has a depth of experience in general medical dermatology. Dr. Barron has been honored as a Top Doc through the St. John Providence health system. She has two adult daughters and currently resides in Farmington Hills.

Dr. Alice Watson grew up in the Chicago suburbs and has been in dermatology practice in Southeastern MI for over 20 years. She believes in partnering with patients to optimize skin health and strives toward effective communication toward that goal. She highly values the enduring relationships with patients and their families and is committed to the long-term care of patients with chronic skin conditions. She enjoys teaching and mentoring dermatology residents, many of whom go on to practice dermatology in Michigan. She has been honored to have received recognition from Castle Connelly Regional Top Docs, HOUR Magazine Top Docs, Wayne State School of Medicine Department of Dermatology Annual Faculty of the Year Award and the Edward A. Krull M.D. Annual Faculty Role Model Award at Henry Ford Dermatology. She has clinical interests in skin cancer screening and prevention, long term care of skin cancer survivors, moles/pigmented lesions, connective tissue disease, autoimmune skin disorders, acne and psoriasis. She resides in Novi, Michigan, with her husband and three children.

Adrienne Vassallo, NP-C, is a native of Michigan growing up in Dexter, MI. She worked at Michigan Medicine as an inpatient RN for 7 years, caring for medicine and cardiac patients, prior to returning to graduate school to obtain her MSN degree. She comes to Novi Dermatology with a passion for patient education. She will work alongside Dr. Alice C. Watson and looks forward to enhancing the care of our patients. She resides in Plymouth, MI with her husband and daughter.

Resident physicians from the Dermatology Residency Program at Trinity Health Livingston Hospital are also care providers at Novi Dermatology. Resident physicians are licensed doctors who have completed medical school, but are undergoing an additional 3 years of dermatology training. Residents work under the supervision and guidance of Dr. Alice Watson who has spent over 10 years training residents during her career. While residents may not have the same level of experience as the attending physicians who supervise them, they are highly knowledgeable and capable doctors. During their training, they are constantly learning and staying up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and research. As part of their training, they are committed to providing the best possible care to patients while adhering to the highest standards of medical practice.
